Primagency

Steven R. Lebetkin, is Chairman and CEO of Primagency. Mr. Lebetkin is a leader in the commercial finance industry. He is President of National Funding Association, Inc., New York City Chapter (www.nationalfunding.org), the largest trade association of lenders and intermediaries in the US. Mr. Lebetkin has spent the last ten years working exclusively in the finance industry, providing accounting and consulting services to small and middle market businesses, financial advisory and placement services in the asset based industry, and as the founder of a commercial mortgage finance company. He developed the first securitizable credit model for sub-prime owner occupied real estate mortgages in the middle market. Mr. Lebetkin is a 1976 graduate of Queens College, City University of New York with a combined BA/MA in Music Composition, and graduated from C.W. Post School of Professional Accountancy with an MS in Accounting in 1979.

Conrad J. Isoldi is Chief Operating Officer of Primagency. From 1999 to 2003, Mr. Isoldi, as Senior Vice President and Chief Administration Officer, managed the operations, technology, human resources and risk management functions of Medallion Financial Corporation. Prior to that, Mr. Isoldi was Senior Vice President and Director of Accounting Services for Republic National Bank (now HSBC) with corporate-wide responsibility for general ledger accounting and application, world wide FDICA compliance, international accounting integration, technology and operational controls. Mr. Isoldi also worked for First Fidelity Corporation (now Wachovia) from 1991 to 1996 with overall responsibility for acquisitions, organizational and functional consolidation of the accounting operations, reporting and regulatory compliance functions. Prior to that, Mr. Isoldi was Managing Director and Controller for Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company’s (now J.P.Morgan Chase ) Regional Bank, responsible for financial and strategic analysis and reporting, audit and control, product and customer profitability. Mr. Isoldi is a graduate of Bernard Baruch College, with a B.B.A. in Accounting.
