Steven R. Lebetkin, is Chairman and CEO of Primagency. Mr. Lebetkin is a leader in the commercial finance industry. Mr. Lebetkin has spent the last ten years working exclusively in the finance industry, providing accounting and consulting services to small and middle market businesses, financial advisory and placement services in the asset based industry, and as the founder of a commercial mortgage finance company. He developed the first securitizable credit model for sub-prime owner occupied real estate mortgages in the middle market. Mr. Lebetkin is a 1976 graduate of Queens College, City University of New York with a combined BA/MA in Music Composition, and graduated from C.W. Post School of Professional Accountancy with an MS in Accounting in 1979.
