Stephen J. Rogalski
Chief Business Development Officer

Stephen J. Rogalski is the Chief Business Development Officer of Primagency. He has senior corporate management experience in all facets of treasury and corporate finance, strategy, planning, business development, and financial services. He has worked with major corporations, entrepreneurial start-ups and middle market companies. His exceptional business background includes experience in telecommunications, wireless telecom, manufacturing, semiconductors, metal recycling, financial services and real estate development. He has traveled extensively, conducting business throughout the America's, Europe, Asia and Africa. His broad experience in corporate finance includes treasury operations, debt and equity financing, strategic planning, financial planning, mergers and acquisitions, and creating structured financial business development deals.

Mr. Rogalski has had extensive management experience with AT&T in Treasury Operations Corporate Finance, Corporate Planning and M&A. He was responsible for much of the planning for the divestiture of the RBOC's from AT&T including cash management, banking, and establishing post divestiture corporate financial policies. He was the principal corporate manager of several acquisitions and divestitures ranging in size from five million to several hundred million dollars.

At Lucent Technologies, Mr. Rogalski was the Director of Wireless Business Development. In this capacity he negotiated joint ventures, acquisitions and related business activity. More recently, Mr. Rogalski has consulted for several companies, and has assisted real estate development companies obtain financing.

Mr. Rogalski earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Connecticut, an M.A. in Economics from the University of Massachusetts, and a post-MBA Professional Certificate from Baruch College. He teaches graduate level Economics and undergraduate Finance and Marketing at the University of Phoenix Online.
